While the atmosphere isn't the greatest, the food is outstanding!!! We shared the hot pot, and it was incredible. The broth was very flavorful, and the meats and before that came out were of food quality. Everything tasted so fresh!!! There was just enough of a kick to the broth (and the jalapenos that were part of the tray) to make you sweat just a little. Well worth the wait for the amount and quality of food you get! This is a place where you need to ask other dinners what they ordered, because EVERYTHING looked and smelled amazing!!!

I was at the store outside to place an order and they closed the store and ignored me and left me outside without even try to talk with me and I was there for more than 10 min.Very bad customer service as always but I never experienced such a thing in my life.UPDATE: I was there 2 hours before they close so the owner response to my feedback isn’t right.

The older lady who takes your orders is extremely rude!!! Its also not the cleanest restaurant. Zero customer service. Everytime you ask for something while you're dining in they always make you seem like it's a hassle for them when its clearly their job to fill your elpty glass with water. I've dined in one night and watched her take the phone off the hook for people trying to make carry out orders. I've tried calling during business hours to place a to go order and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up, then proceeded to keep the phone off the hook so it would signal the busy tone. Wouldn't recommend.

First off, the food here is so flavorful. There are so many options to choose from! Everything tastes super fresh, and the quantities you get are just right. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and personable. The only thing I didn't care for, is that the bathrooms are really dirty. It would be nice if they were cleaned more thoroughly or often.

Best restaurant in town. What a hidden gem!!! Can't go wrong here. Serious food lovers only! I've been coming here since it's inception and have always left happy. The low maintenance appearance inside is a reminder of how resourceful this culture is. This I've learned to appreciate. Wife and son (6) would attest to this as we are always excited for an evening of delicious food. A secret delight we've found here is the chicken/potato curry. It is generous to every single one of your taste buds.

Delicious pho and spring rolls!! Well worth the 2.5 hour drive it takes for me to get to Sioux Falls. I ordered takeout and it was still delicious when I got home. The lady running the front didn't seem all that friendly, but if they can cook food that good, I don't even care if they smile or not 😂 they could have thrown my order at my head and chased me off with a broom and I'd still be back for more of that delicious food!

Possibly the tastiest food in the whole of Sioux Falls. Absolutely unbelievable authentic Vietnamese Food. The service isn't the greatest, but the food makes it worthwhile.

This is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in the mood for a nice warm bowl of Pho... Or soup. The service is quick and efficient. You can definitely tell it's a family run place, but that just sort of adds to the charm.

Delicious food. Fast service and, recently, a renovation of the interior. Looks great, tastes good. If you want to be catered to, go to a higher end restaurant.

This was the first place we stopped at when we moved to this city. I've been back a few more times and it's always been a good experience. The food is good and the prices are low. I'm also in love with the decorum of the place. Vietnamese restaurants always have the best art that I've noticed. It's worth mentioning that there's a lady that takes orders and serves food, and while she might not have the warmest attitude, it doesn't bother me. Don't take it personally 😂

I've been here many times. Not fancy, food is authentic. And delicious. It's the sort of place you go for experiencing a different way of doing things and no pretentiousness. Excellent for people into culture.

Pho lam was closed so I came here. Broth a bit salty but also had a weird sweet taste? Was overall alright but it was not a very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so quite like they didn’t want to start something and it was weird. one customer complained about something and the old woman said that’s what you ordered and walked away with no f’s given. Not recommended and will not be coming back.
